The only studies I have at the moment correspond to the degree in Social Anthropology that should end this year. In 2020 I will present the thesis that I am already starting in the course of a research workshop. If everything goes well, I think it would be an option to work, however I am attracted to the possibility of continuing to study, especially outside of Chile, to be able to know other perspectives that are not those that are managed in this university. I have thought of a master's degree at the UNAM of Mexico, characterized by the power of its anthropological training. I do not rule out European countries, but they are not my first option. Mainly I would like to work on gender, ethnicity or climate change.
Anyway, I don't tend to think too much about continuing to specialize, even though it's something I want. I prefer to live the processes of the present and focus on it, the future is too uncertain in my career. In addition, of course, any post-university study will have to leave my pocket, or win a scholarship, but again, considering the competition and the few places, it is rather uncertain.
It's POST. You also want to study in Mexico? Cool. Talk to Emiliana.
